Dear Gordon,
Sorry I did not get to chat with you upon your last visit. I would like to request if any way possible to schedule Donte for the full four days. I realize you may have scheduling challenges but see what you can do
You have good taste in selection of your staff. Both cna's present well and have been very professional, however parents and I have bonded strongly to Donte and mom feels comfortable with his assistance as well. It would help her and me to have him on board for both of them for the four days, and I would like to request an additional four days once a week for mom. First choice is Fridays. If impossible can consider other days but prefer to be a day that no other cna is there, otherwise too crowded and too many people confuses my mother.
Lastly, I will try to get the contract in the mail this Monday.
Thanks!

Gordon, my sister, and I would like to request that Christine provide care to mom 5 days weekly vice the current Monday-Wednesday-Friday schedule. In talking with Christine last night about the oxygen concerns for mom, this issue came up and Christine said her other Tuesday-Thursday clients could be transferred to another caregiver and she could start this new schedule next week.
We also want to express our thanks to you and Christine for taking care of mom. We know the challenges. Mom is supposed to get a new Inogen portable lightweight device today that will hopefully help get her 02 levels back to a safe level.Pat and Lisa -
Gordon Green - Senior Care Safe @ Home is a well staffed and managed Home Care. My husband was well taken care for several years by them. He looked forward to the different shifts of Caretakers. I looked forward for a break and sleep at night. They were there for me when I needed them in 2019 . My Caretaker Emily was great. She was reliable and very helpful. If and when I need Home Care again I will call Gordon Green. Thanks for all your help and follow-up

Just in the past week, Pat, and to a lesser extent I, have been experiencing the resurgence of energy and renewal of capability. Pat was able to go to and from the facility from her recliner without the use of even a walking stick for support, and we are both celebrating. Since getting back on a more scheduled and steady diet, I have had much better energy.
We are going to try doing without services after next week. Promise will be freed up for other clients, and while we will miss her, we will enjoy our newfound independence. Privacy and opportunities for spontaneous n have no price, but tremendous value. Remaining home is essential to our enjoyment of life.
We do not know if this will work out; like most of life, it's a risk - however, we are both counting on being able to get help from you in future should we need it. If we live as long as we would like, that chance increases with time.
I would like to let you know how much we both appreciate your help when we needed it. We will continue to depend on your organization as our disaster plan should that prove necessary, and the reassurance that we get from that is part of what makes this work. If you do hear from us it will likely be another emergency — which we will deal with as needed.
To clarify - Promise's final service will be tomorrow - 8 January, and next week’s 14 and 16 January 2020 - pending unforeseen circumstances - but we will make you are being there for us a dynamic part of our future. Thank you and thank Promise for adding to our quality of life for the past few months.

I wanted to send you a quick note to say we absolutely love Maria Justiniano, the aid who is helping us with Janet now. She is a sweet, caring, and loving aid and I can't think of a better person to help care for my mother-in-law. She has been a true blessing for us and I can't thank you enough for sending her our way. She has been here for a week now and she already feels like a part of this family. Thank you so much.

Gordon, as I informed you last week, we moved my mother to assisted living dementia care after her 4th fall and deteriorating condition. Thank you so much for the support you and Eric gave our family during this difficult time. The caregivers you provided were excellent. They provided wonderful care as her condition worsened. They were superb! Again thanks to Senior Care Safe At Home for the service you provided. Sincerely, the Loy Family

Senior Care Safe at Home is very dependable. The caregivers were kind and competent. This was in 2013, when my mother-in-law lived with us. I highly recommend this company. Gordon is wonderful to work with.

"I can't begin to express the gratitude we have for you and your staff. From our first phone call until the last text, we had prompt, professional and caring service from you and your employees. We came to know the caregivers well and can't speak highly enough of Andrea, Nana, Priscilla and Kim. Each of them brought something special to Mom's last days. You and Eric responded immediately to our concerns or additions to the schedule. If we can provide references at any time, please let us know"

"Thank you so much for all the help and support. Debbie was amazing. She actually helped me with two task that were completely unanticipated, one being helping with the hospital bed delivery by dismantling the twin bed that was already in the room. I will definitely call again if we have another injury or event that prevents her from being active."
